NOVA Academy of Rural Education & Research Provide for the establishment and incorporation of a board for the advancement of Degree /Diploma Education and development thereof in the M/S and for matters connected therewith in pursuance of this Act,.
NOVA Institute of Engineering & Research Provide for the establishment and incorporation of a board for the advancement of Vocational and Technical Education Through Rural Peoples and Entirely Back word Peoples who have qualified their relevant Field.
NOVA Academy ‘S Board Examination Conducted in March / June every year. Supplementary Examination conduced every year September/ December. Academic year started every year July-August.
This NOVA Academy was established under the compulsory and constitutional provisions of India Act XXI - 1860 (Alwin Educational Trust Registered under Govt.of Kerala, India).
This Educational Institution based on the Central Government Act XXI of 1860 Literary and Scientific Institution Act and National policy on Education 1986 Government of India. Department of Education and Ministry of Human Resource Development New Delhi.
